You may request a refund if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
You provide a valid reason for return (with photos if requested)
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following products/services are not eligible for a refund:
Custom-cut artificial grass or flooring tailored to your space
Installed wall panels, flooring, or artificial grass
Clearance or promotional items marked “non-refundable”
Products returned after the 7-day return window
Items damaged due to misuse, poor handling, or external factors (e.g. water, sunlight, installation error)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We will notify you via phone or email
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
The refund will be made via the original payment method or store credit (as agreed)
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or wrong
For larger items, return pickup may be arranged at additional cost
VERDO is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit
5. Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, customers may request:
A replacement item (if available in stock)
A store credit for future purchases
